Currently working as a UX researcher for Atos in the Netherlands.
As a B2B company, the real end-users often only have a small voice in the development process of the products they will be using in the future. As a UX research designer, I'm the advocate of this group a try to make their voice louder in international tech-related projects in several branches, like aviation, pharma, IT-services; operational and administration, municipality and government, transportation, and data management.

The results of my projects at Atos are confidential and therefore, not part of my public portfolio. But I worked on strategic data/asset visualization for management level , monitoring dashboard for Digital Twins for R&D and operators in pharma, AR/VR implementation in the construction industry, information dashboards for Dutch ministry departments, and educational platforms around data awareness.
Design Thinking approach
Instead of designing for, I believe in creating together by using generative- and service design tools, and following the Design Thinking approach by going through the phases of Empathize, Define, Ideate, Develop and Validate.
